Three ways to move, strengthen and restore—designed to meet your body where it is.
FOUNDATIONS
Rooted in breath, control, precision, centring, concentration and flow, this class builds body awareness and refines your technique. Whether you’re new to Pilates or reconnecting with the fundamentals, Foundations gives you the tools to move well.
STRENGHT & FORM
A purposeful, progressive Pilates class designed to build full-body strength, stability and resilience. Expect intelligent movement, thoughtful progression and a focus on quality over quantity—helping you feel stronger, more capable and confident in your body.
reSET & RESTORE
A slower, restorative practice designed to release tension, improve mobility and create space for recovery. Through mindful movement, breath and gentle release, reconnect with your body and leave feeling lighter, refreshed and restored.

meet the founder
Healthcare, science and movement—brought together.
I've always believed that health is about more than treating disease—it's about preventing it.
My career began in clinical healthcare, working in nuclear medicine, before moving into industry to develop novel diagnostic tools for earlier disease detection. Yet that journey revealed a simple truth: some of the most important work happens long before illness begins.
That belief led me to Pilates.
Alongside my career in healthcare and research, I trained as a Pilates teacher, supporting post-surgical recovery, post-partum rehabilitation, and lower back and shoulder injuries. My MSc in Immunology at Imperial College London, focused on immunometabolism and healthy ageing, reinforced my passion for helping people build strength, mobility and resilience throughout life.
Movement is one of the most accessible forms of prevention we have. We don't have to accept ageing as inevitable decline—we can age stronger, more capable, and continue to move well for years to come.
Orrys Form brings these worlds together through a science-informed approach to purposeful Pilates: a place to build strength, move well and care for your body for life.
